Tour De Montgomery
Date: Saturday, July 19, 2008
The City of Montgomery will be hosting its second annual Tour
De Montgomery. All proceeds from event will benefit the HeartStone
Foundation and a recipient to be named. The Tour will offer
four ride routes.
Advanced Ride: 70 Miles (8:00 AM start) - Invigorating climbs, rolling hills and country roads - a challenge for experienced riders.
Intermediate Ride: 35 Miles (8:30 AM start) - Gentle hills, bike trails and neighborhood streets create a pleasurable intermediate ride. Any overwhelming hills have been eliminated.
Novice Ride: 25 Miles (9:00 AM start) - Combines a new section of the Little Miami Bike Trail and only one gradual hill - good for less experienced riders. This ride will be led by experienced ride leaders and followed by a support vehicle.
Family Ride: 7 Miles (9:30 AM start)- A Family Friendly ride through the beautiful neighborhoods and brick paths of Montgomery. This ride is for parents riding with children or for anyone who prefers a very casual pace.
